Workflows are templates you can apply to projects. To make building them easier, we recommend having two things ready:
A step-by-step map of your client journey
From initial inquiry to final payment and beyond, write down each routine touchpoint - welcome emails, booking links, forms, check-ins, reminders, etc.

Workflows use your existing templates to know what to send prospects and clients at each step. This means your emails, forms, and schedulers should be created in advanced so they're ready to plug into your workflow.
