Setting office hours in workflow

Only set workflow emails to send during your business hours

Set office hours so workflow emails will only send during a set time. Any workflow emails that are due to send outside of office hours will not send until the next office hour.

  1. Go to Templates >> Workflows.

  2. Click Set Office Hours.

  3. Choose your hours then click Apply.

Please note:

  • You can’t set different hours for weekdays and weekends.

  • These office hours are only for workflows β€” to set calendar availability, go to Templates >> Scheduler.

  • Reminders set elsewhere in Dubsado (scheduler reminders, payment plan reminders, or proposal reminders) will still send.
