Certain items that you add to your client’s project will get synced to the client portal.

Automatically synced
Invoices: Unpaid invoices appear in both the home and projects tabs. Paid invoices only appear in the projects tab.
Client information: In the profile tab.
Project name: In the projects tab.
Project date and time: In the projects tab.
Appointments and appointment schedulers: In the projects tab.
Synced after sending to the client
Forms marked with a “Needs sending” badge won’t show in the client's portal. Add a form to the client portal with either Send (sends an email and syncs to the portal) or Apply to Portal (syncs to the portal only).
Questionnaires, proposals, contracts, and sub-agreements: Incomplete forms appear in both the home and projects tabs. Completed forms only appear in the projects tab.

Removing items from the portal
Deleting the item from the client’s project in Dubsado will automatically remove it from their portal.
