What gets synced to my client's portal?

Here is what your client can see in the client portal

Certain items that you add to your client’s project will get synced to the client portal.


In this article:


Automatically synced

  • Invoices: Unpaid invoices appear in both the home and projects tabs. Paid invoices only appear in the projects tab.

  • Client information: In the profile tab.

  • Project name: In the projects tab.

  • Project date and time: In the projects tab.

  • Appointments and appointment schedulers: In the projects tab.


Synced after sending to the client

Forms marked with a “Needs sending” badge won’t show in the client's portal. Add a form to the client portal with either Send (sends an email and syncs to the portal) or Apply to Portal (syncs to the portal only).

  • Questionnaires, proposals, contracts, and sub-agreements: Incomplete forms appear in both the home and projects tabs. Completed forms only appear in the projects tab.

  • External links: In the projects tab.

  • PDFs: In the projects tab.

  • Emails: In the emails tab.

  • Public task boards: In the projects tab.


Not seen by clients


Removing items from the portal

Deleting the item from the client’s project in Dubsado will automatically remove it from their portal.
