To set up the Dubsado scheduler to automatically create a project after a client books an appointment, you’ll need to add a form to the scheduler.
To add a form to the scheduler, go to Templates > Scheduler > Advanced. Under Additional form, choose the form you want to use.
Not all forms that can be added to the scheduler will create a project! The following form types will create a project from a booked appointment:
✅ Lead capture
✅ Proposal with Create new project once proposal is completed toggled to Yes.
The following form types will not create a project from a booked appointment:
🚫 Questionnaire
🚫 Proposal with Create new project once proposal is completed toggled to No.
