Client portals are a perfect place for clients to have a central location for all documents, invoices, and all other information that you send them in one place.

You can activate the client portal from either the jobs page or the address book. Since most of you are mostly working most actively in the job section, let's start there.

  1. Head to a job or lead
  2. Now under PORTAL click ACTIVATE.
  3. The portal is now active. You now set it to have a password if you wish or you can send over to the client as is.

Your clients will still get an email anytime you send them something through Dubsado, but they always have the option in that email to view their client portal.

If you have the portal deactivated, they will not see anything regarding the portal. :)
