Set office hours so workflow emails will only send during a set time. Any workflow emails that are due to send outside of office hours will not send until the next office hour.
You can’t set different hours for weekdays and weekends.
These office hours are only for workflows — to set calendar availability, go to Templates >> Scheduler.
Reminders set elsewhere in Dubsado (scheduler reminders, payment plan reminders, or proposal reminders) will still send.
