🚨 Dubsado is unable to provide additional Squarespace support beyond this article.

Consult the Squarespace help article on code blocks. This article may not reflect the most recent version of Squarespace.

If Squarespace doesn’t display the entire form, please see their code block troubleshooting or adjust the lead capture padding.

Before you start

Make sure you have the following ready:

Embed your lead capture onto Squarespace

Heads up! Editing the lead capture in Dubsado will automatically update on Squarespace.

  1. On Squarespace, go to the page where you want to add the lead capture.

  2. Click Edit.

    arrow pointing to edit
  3. Hover over the section where you’ll add the lead capture and click Add Block.

  4. Click Embed. An embed block will appear on the page.

  5. Hover over the block and click the pencil icon.

    arrow pointing to pencil icon
  6. Click Code Snippet.

  7. Click Embed data.

  8. Open up Dubsado and copy the Dubsado Embed code from form settings.

box over share icon and arrow pointing to embed code
  9. Back in Squarespace, paste the code.

  10. Hover over Done and click Save.

Heads up! You may not see the code if you’re logged in. Per the Squarespace help article: As a security measure, sometimes your code won't appear when you're logged in, even if visitors can see it. If you can't see code you added to a code block, click Preview in Safe Mode to view the embedded item.
