Before you start
Make sure you have the following ready:
A created and saved lead capture form in Dubsado.
A WordPress site that’s self-hosted (wordpress.org). Sites hosted on wordpress.com won’t support custom code.
Located the lead capture’s embed code. See sharing a lead capture.
Note: Dubsado doesn’t directly integrate with any WordPress plugin or theme. For plugins that are compatible with Zapier, connect your plugin with Dubsado using Zapier to send new leads to Dubsado.
Embed your lead capture onto WordPress
⛔ Heads up! Editing the lead capture in Dubsado will automatically update on WordPress.
On WordPress, go to the page where you want to add the lead capture.
Click on the + icon to add a block.
Click Custom HTML. An HTML box will appear on the page.
Open up Dubsado and copy the Dubsado Embed code from form settings.
Back in WordPress, paste the code.
Click Preview to see how the lead capture looks.

You could also try disabling all plugins, loading a default theme, and individually turning them back on to find what might be causing the issue.
