Add an external attachment to an email

Send an external file (PDFs, images, or video files) as an attachment from a client’s project.

  1. Go to Projects.

  2. Select your client.

  3. In the Emails tab, click Send Email.

  4. Click the paperclip icon to attach a file.

To attach multiple files: All files must be found within the same folder on your computer. Click and hold ctrl (PC) or command (Mac) and select your documents. Adding files one at a time will cause the most recent file to replace the previous one.

Each attachment must be under 8 MB. If you connected a Microsoft email, the attachment limit is 10 MB.

You can’t add an attachment to an email in a workflow.
