The Known Issues tracker gives you a real-time view of bugs the Dubsado team is actively working on, so you can quickly check whether something you're experiencing is already on our radar.
Known Issues tracker overview
The Known Issues tracker is a page inside your Dubsado account that lists confirmed bugs and their current fix status. You can access it by clicking your name and email in the bottom left corner of the screen, then selecting Issues.
Each entry in the tracker includes:
Title — a plain-language description of the issue
Product area — which part of Dubsado is affected (for example, Invoicing, Forms, or Email)
Status — where the fix currently stands
Issue statuses
The tracker uses four statuses to communicate progress on each issue.
Todo — The issue has been reported and is planned for the team to work on.
In progress — The team is actively working on a fix.
Coming soon — A fix is complete and will be released to production soon.
Resolved — The fix has been deployed.
FAQ
My issue isn't listed. What should I do?
Not every bug appears in the Known Issues tracker — only ones the team has confirmed and flagged for customer visibility. If you're experiencing something that isn't listed, please reach out to support so we can investigate. Your report helps us identify and confirm new issues.
I'm still seeing an issue that's marked "Resolved." What should I do?
Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache first — if your session hasn't been refreshed recently, a recent fix may not have reached you yet. You can also use the search bar at the top of the Known Issues page to search by keyword and check whether a separate, still-open entry more closely matches what you're seeing. If the problem continues after refreshing and you don't see a matching open issue, contact support and let us know you're still experiencing it.
Can I get notified when an issue is fixed?
Automatic notifications aren't available yet. We recommend checking the Known Issues page directly, or reaching out to support if you need an update on a specific issue.
