Our affiliate program has a new home. Starting October 20th, Dubsado affiliates earn $35 cash for every referral who subscribes to a paid plan and stays on it for 60 days, tracked and paid through our partner platform, Dub.
If you're already a Dubsado affiliate, we've moved you over for you. Your existing link and promo code keep working, so there's nothing you need to re-share.
What's changing
The biggest changes are how you're paid and where you track your referrals.
Cash rewards instead of subscription credit. Every referral who subscribes earns you a cash payout. You no longer need to cancel your subscription or reach $100 to be paid.
A new affiliate dashboard in Dubsado. See your referral link, promo code, trials, conversions, bonuses and payouts in one place.
Payouts through Dub. You'll create a free Dub account to add your bank details and receive payments. Dubsado never stores your payout information.
Anyone with a Dubsado account can join. That includes free trials and team members who aren't the workspace owner.
Bonus challenges. Look out for limited-time challenges that pay extra when you hit a referral goal.
What stays the same
Much of the program works the way it always has.
Your referral link and promo code. Codes are now always lowercase, but anyone who types your code in capitals still gets the discount.
Your referrals still get a discount on their first month or first year of a paid plan.
There's no cap on how much you can earn, and your link never expires.
You still get a toolkit of graphics, content ideas and templates for Instagram, email and blogs.
Program tiers
Every affiliate starts in the Affiliate tier. Partner and Expert partner are invite-only, and the Dubsado team moves affiliates into them.
Affiliate: you earn $35 per referral, and your referral gets 20% off. Open to everyone, including free trial users.
Partner: you earn $50 per referral, and your referral gets 30% off. Invite-only, for affiliates who keep referring.
Expert partner: you earn $75 per referral, and your referral gets 30% off. Invite-only, for top referrers.
Once you're in a tier, you stay there. We don't move affiliates down.
What happens to my old balance?
Any balance you earned in the old program will still be paid out. We'll share the timing soon. Until then, you can see what you're owed from the old program on your affiliate dashboard.
What you need to do
There are only two steps, and the second one can wait until you've earned your first reward.
Open your new affiliate dashboard: click your workspace logo in the top left corner of your screen, then click Affiliate dashboard. See Join the Dubsado affiliate program.
When you have your first pending payout, click Set up payouts and create your Dub account. See Track your referrals and get paid.
FAQ
Do my old links and promo code still work?
Yes. We moved your existing code over, so links and codes you've already shared keep working. Codes are now lowercase, but capitals still work at checkout. If you edit your share link later, your old link and code stop working.
Can I still get paid in subscription credit?
No. The program now pays cash only, through Dub.
What if I cancel my Dubsado subscription?
Your link and code keep working, and you keep earning cash for referrals. You can still see your affiliate dashboard.
How do I move up a tier?
Partner and Expert partner are invite-only. The Dubsado team reviews affiliate performance and reaches out to affiliates who keep referring. Tiers never go down.
