The Dubsado mobile app allows you to take Dubsado on the go! The mobile app is available to use with any of our plans (trial, starter, premier). Basic and Admin multi-users can also use the app.
The app can be installed on iOS devices running iOS 15 or later and on Android devices running Android 10 and above. The latest versions of the app can be downloaded for free from the App Store (iPhone) and the Google Play Store (Android devices) for devices in the following locations:

Install the Dubsado mobile app (iOS)
Open the App Store on your device, or use the link below.
Search for the Dubsado app, then tap Get to download and install the app.
Tap Open or open the Dubsado app on your device.
A "Dubsado Would Like to Send You Notifications” prompt will appear. If you want the Dubsado app to send you notifications, you must allow push notifications. Learn more about enabling notifications from the Dubsado app.
Enter your Dubsado credentials and tap Log In. If you're a user of multiple Dubsado accounts, you'll be prompted to select which account you want to access. Your device is now connected to your Dubsado account.
Install the Dubsado mobile app (Android)
Please note: The Dubsado mobile app can only be installed using the Google Play Store on an Android device. A list of supported devices can be found here. Installation from external sites or Android application PacKages (APKs) is not supported.
Open the Google Play Store on your device, or use the link below.
Search for the Dubsado app, then tap Install to download and install the app.
Tap Open or open the Dubsado app on your device.
Enter your Dubsado credentials and tap Log in. If you're a user of multiple Dubsado accounts, you'll be prompted to select which account you want to access. Your device is now connected to your Dubsado account.
Manage your mobile app settings
In your app settings, you can manage your Account settings and Preferences, provide feedback on the mobile app, and get help from Dubsado Support.
To access your settings on iOS, tap Menu in the bottom navigation menu. Then, at the bottom of the left sidebar, tap the account name.
To access your settings on Android, tap More in the bottom navigation menu. Then, tap Settings.
Get the latest version of the Dubsado app
You can automate app updates in your device settings, either for all your apps or specifically for the Dubsado mobile app. This is recommended to ensure you do not miss any key updates.
Instructions for iOS
There are two ways to update the Dubsado app, either automatically or manually:
To automatically update your app:
On your iPhone, click Settings > App Store > App Updates. Tap to toggle the App Updates switch on.
To manually update the Dubsado app:
Open the App Store.
Tap on your profile icon at the top of your screen.
Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the Dubsado app to update it to the latest version.
Instructions for Android
To automatically update your apps:
On your device, click Google Play Store > tap your Profile icon > Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps.
To manually update the Dubsado app:
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of your screen.
Tap My apps & games.
Under the Updates menu, tap Update next to the Dubsado app.
