Using the forms tab in the mobile app, you can apply any of your Dubsado forms to a project.
To navigate to the forms tab, open any project from the main Projects tab. Then, tap Forms at the top of your screen.
Apply forms
Within the forms tab of a project, simply tap +Add form in the top right of your screen to apply a new form to the project.
You can then tap Select a template to choose a questionnaire, proposal, or sub-agreement to apply to the project.
🔥 New feature: Multi-select forms!
On the Dubsado mobile app, you can apply more than one form at once. Just check the box next to every form you’d like to add, and then tap Add to project.
Tapping +Add form will also allow you to tap Add a contract to choose a contract to apply to the project.
Contracts will always appear in the topmost slot of the forms tab for easy access, and underneath, any additional forms will be listed in the order that they were applied to the project.
Within the contract section, you can tap Add contract to immediately choose from your contract and sub-agreement templates. Once a contract is applied, you can countersign it right from the app!
After you’ve applied a form to a project, a new card representing that form will appear within the forms tab. The form’s title will be bolded, and the form type will be listed below.
Additional form quick actions
After a form has been applied to the project, tap the three dots icon on a form’s card to access additional quick actions for each form.
In addition to sending the form to the client via email, you can:
Tap Copy link to copy the form’s URL - useful for things like opening the form in an external browser or texting the link to your client.
Tap Apply to portal to send the form to the client portal.
Tap Export PDF to generate a PDF copy of the form, which you can then save to your mobile device.
Tap Delete to delete the form from the project.
FAQ
Can I edit my forms on the Dubsado mobile app?
As a companion app, the Dubsado mobile app aims to allow you to accomplish quick tasks while on the go - all from a much smaller screen compared to your laptop or desktop computer. While we’ve certainly considered mobile form editing, the mobile app does not currently support the ability to edit your forms.
You can always log in to Dubsado using your mobile device’s internet browser to access the desktop site and the form builder if your forms are in need of updating!
