If you get the following error: "Client portal error.  Customer not found." It can be one of two things:

  1.  If you are using the PORTAL URL from the brand settings page, it is required that you have a password set to the portal as well.  Just add a password to the client portal in Dubsado and all will be well.
  2. If your client is getting this error when accessing the portal through the link you send them, be sure they are typing in their email correctly.  It is case sensitive.
