With so many Wordpress page builder plugins on the market, there is no one way to embed a Dubsado lead capture on your Wordpress website. In this article, we'll provide some handy links to other help centers.

Before You Start

Embedding on Wordpress 5.1 and Later

If you are using the latest version of Wordpress "out of the box" and don't have a specific page builder plugin installed, check out the documentation from Wordpress below on using the Custom HTML Block, which will allow you to insert the custom code for your lead capture form.

Embedding on Wordpress Using Third-Party Plugins

If you're using a third-party plugin to build pages on your Wordpress website, the instructions for embedding content will vary from plugin to plugin. You'll usually be looking for a feature that lets you add custom HTML code.

Below we have linked to help articles on embedding custom code provided by a few popular Wordpress page builder plugins. Dubsado is not responsible for the content in these articles, and they are provided as a courtesy only.

If your plugin is not listed, please reach out to your specific plugin's support team or search their help center if you are having difficulty embedding a lead capture on your site.

Do you integrate with Contact Form 7/Gravity Forms/WPForms?

No, Dubsado does not directly integrate with any Wordpress plugin or theme. However, if your form plugin integrates with Zapier, you may be able to use your existing form and set up a Zap to send new leads to Dubsado! Check out our webinar series on Zapier.

I use [specific theme/plugin] and the lead capture isn't working.

Some Wordpress plugins and themes may interfere with the lead capture form. Unfortunately, Dubsado is not able to assist you in troubleshooting your Wordpress website or address plugin compatibility issues. We recommend disabling all plugins, loading a default theme, and turning them back on one-by-one to find which one may be causing the issue.

The lead capture form is getting cut off/has a scroll bar. How can I make the entire form appear?

This is likely because the area where you embedded your form does not have enough vertical space. You can follow the steps in this article to force a minimum height on the embedded iframe.
