New inquiries can automatically be created as lead projects using a lead capture form. You won't have to manually create projects for each inquiry you receive!
Creating lead capture forms
To create a lead capture form, head to Templates β Forms and click the + button.
This will open the form builder, where you can drag and drop elements to customize your lead capture form. Keep in mind, the sole purpose of the lead capture for is to automatically create a lead project as soon as the form is submitted. So with that in mind, it is mandatory for you to create required question fields for:
first name
last name
email address
After and changes are made, make sure to click Save Form before exiting the form builder.

Pro Tip: After clicking "Save and Close" on a newly created form template, refresh your page to see the form added to your library.
Sharing your lead capture form
Because a lead capture form is the entry point to your Dubsado account, there are two ways to share it publicly for new prospects to fill out:
Open your lead capture from from the Form Templates page. (Templates β Forms)
Click the Sharing Icon in the left-side toolbar. (pictured below)
Choose how you want to share it:
Embed Code - Add this to the backend of your website to replace your existing contact form.
Direct Link - Share anywhere you normally new inquiries (socials, biz bois, Linktree, text, DM, etc.)
