Multi-user functionality
Just like brand owners, multi-users that are set up as either Admins or Basic multi-users can use the Dubsado mobile app to take care of tasks, right from their mobile devices. If you need a refresher on Dubsado’s multi-user permissions, check out our article on multi-user roles.
Admin multi-users: the app behaves and functions as though they were the brand’s owner, since admin multi-users have the same level of permissions as brand owners. The mobile app doesn’t display the brand settings or account settings page, so there’s nothing within the app to redact for these users.
Accountant multi-users: since the mobile app doesn’t have a reporting section, there’s nothing for accountant multi-users to interact with or view within the app. An accountant multi-user who logs in to the Dubsado mobile app sees only a blank page.
Basic multi-users: when these users log in to the mobile app, they only see the projects they are assigned to - just like on desktop.
If a basic multi-user has contracts turned off, the contract section at the top of the Forms tab is removed.
If a basic multi-user has invoices turned off, the Invoices tab within a project will be removed from a project.
If a basic multi-user has templates turned off, the +Add form button is removed from the Forms tab.
Below, check out an example of what a basic multi-user would see in a project if they have all permissions (contracts, invoices, and templates) disabled.
