Use the mobile app to quickly double check the refunds within a project, or email the client their refund receipt.
Tap on a project and head to the Invoices tab to get started.
View refunds
After navigating to the invoices tab of a project, tap Refunds to view the refunds sub-tab. Any refund that’s been issued or recorded in this project is listed here, with older refunds appearing at the top of the page.
Each refund display its refund number, date, and amount. The invoice that the refund is associated with is noted at the bottom of each entry.
Refund quick actions
Tap the three dots (…) icon to access the quick actions for refunds. You can:
Tap Send to open a new email message that includes a link to the refund receipt.
Tap Copy link to copy the refund receipt’s URL.
Tap View Refund to view the refund receipt in the app.
Like payments, you aren’t able to record refunds from the app, currently. Log in to Dubsado’s desktop site to record or process a refund.
