Even if you’re out and about, you can use the workflows tab in the mobile app to apply and start your existing workflows.

To access the workflows tab, pick a project from the main Projects page, scroll through the tabs at the top of your screen, and tap Workflows.


Apply a workflow

To apply a workflow from the workflow tab, tap Apply a workflow in the top right corner of your screen. On the next page, you can select a workflow template to preview.

The selected workflow template is shown but not yet applied. Use this preview to confirm that you’ve selected the correct workflow.

Once you’re happy with your choice, tap Start workflow at the top of the page to apply the workflow to the project and automatically start it.

Or, tap the back arrow at the top left corner of your screen to return to the project. You can also tap the workflow template dropdown menu to preview a different workflow.

🔥 New feature: Payment plan callout!

If the workflow you’re previewing has a payment plan applied to it, a callout is displayed at the top of the page reminding you that the workflow’s payment plan will override any existing payment plans applied to the project’s primary invoice.

Who doesn’t like a handy reminder?

Keep in mind that in Dubsado, more than one workflow can be applied and running concurrently within a project.
