Upload a custom client portal banner image or even a specific banner image for each client.

Client portal customizations in your settings will apply to all of your client's portals. Here's how to upload a default portal banner image:

Once uploaded, the banner image will replace the portal banner color. It also adjusts as you re-size your screen!

You can also upload a custom version of your banner for mobile devices. Use the dimensions 700 x 400 pixels and upload the image under Portal Mobile Device Banner.

This image will show up on devices smaller than 768 pixels.

Create and upload a personalized portal banner for a specific client. The client-specific portal banner will override the default banner in your settings.

Client-specific portal banners have the same dimensions as the default banner. You cannot add a client-specific mobile banner.

Different size screens will display client portals differently. As the screen size gets smaller, the banner image remains anchored to the left, so the right side will cut off first.

Try scaling up your banner image — for instance, use 2700 x 300 instead of 1800 x 200.
