Forms and contracts are automatically added to the client portal when you send them, but if you wanted to NOT send the form or contract to your client and ONLY add it directly to the portal, you can.  This is perfect if you are sending lots of forms and don't want to bombard your clients with emails.  Here is how to do that:

1. In the job or lead, choose your form or contract that you want to add to the portal. Click ADD and then X out.

2.  Now MARK SENT and it will ONLY send to the client portal and not send them an email.  

and same thing with the contract as well:

3. Done!  Now the form is in your client's portal!
