Zoho app-specific password

If you allowed multi-factor authentication (MFA), Zoho requires you to create an app-specific password before you can establish an SMTP email connection. Go to Zoho’s help article on app-specific passwords.

  1. Sign into your Zoho account page.

  2. Navigate to Security >> App Passwords.

  3. Click Generate New Password.

  4. Type Dubsado as the app name and click Generate.

  5. Copy the generated password. The password won’t be displayed again.

  6. Go to your Dubsado account and in the Password field, paste the generated password instead of your regular Zoho password.
