Your brand color gives your client-facing buttons and links a consistent, on-brand look. Set it once in your Styling settings and it carries across your forms, invoices, emails, and scheduler.
Set your brand color
Your brand color is one field within your workspace's broader Styling settings, alongside your logo and email signature.
To set your brand color:
Navigate to Settings ➔ Styling.
In the Logo & Color section, click the Brand color color picker.
Choose a color. The Button preview next to the picker updates with a sample Submit button so you can see how the color looks before saving.
Click Save. A Settings saved confirmation appears.
Your brand color is a workspace-level setting: you can set one color per workspace, and it applies everywhere buttons and links use it.
The text on your buttons is always white. Your brand color only changes the button or link background, not the text color.
Where your brand color appears
Your brand color is applied to:
The Submit or Send buttons on your forms.
The Pay Now buttons on your invoices.
Buttons and links in your emails. The Reschedule Appointment button in appointment emails adjusts to your brand color, but the Cancel Appointment button keeps its default styling and isn't affected by your brand color.
Your client-facing scheduler.
FAQ
Can I set a different color for individual forms, invoices, or my scheduler?
No. Brand color is a single workspace-level setting, so there's no way to set a different color for a specific form, invoice, or scheduler.
Can I change the text color on my buttons?
No. Button text is always white. Your brand color only controls the background color.
