How to upgrade to Premier
Only the workspace owner can access billing, so make sure you're logged in as the owner before you start.
Open Billing. Click your name in the bottom left corner of the page, and then head to Settings ➔ Billing.
On your primary workspace, click Manage, then select Change plan.
In the Change plan dialog, confirm Premier is selected in the plan toggle, then choose the monthly or annual Premier plan card and click Select.
Confirm your payment method is correct. The dialog shows your plan choice and payment method alongside a plan summary.
Click Update subscription to complete the upgrade.
You're charged immediately after clicking Update subscription, and you'll gain access to all Premier features right away. A payment receipt is emailed to you shortly after.
If you'd like a refund for the remaining time on your Starter plan after upgrading, reach out to Customer Success by chat or email to request one.
FAQ
Will I get my scheduler and flow templates back after upgrading?
Yes. Scheduler and flow templates you created during a trial or a previous Premier subscription aren't deleted while you're on the Starter plan, they're just hidden. They become accessible again as soon as you upgrade.
Will my lead captures, schedulers, and public proposals reactivate automatically?
Yes. These reactivate automatically once you're on the Premier plan, and there's no manual step required.
Will my flows automatically resume after I upgrade?
No. Any flows that were applied to projects while you were on the Starter plan stay paused after you upgrade, and there's no way to resume them all at once. You'll need to resume each one individually from flow overview and progress tracking.
Will my additional workspaces upgrade automatically?
Yes. Additional workspaces always follow the plan on your primary workspace, so upgrading your primary workspace automatically upgrades any additional workspaces at no extra cost.
Can I switch back to the Starter plan later?
Yes, you can downgrade to the Starter plan at any time.
