Eliminate the back and forth of booking appointments while on the go!

In the mobile app, use the Scheduling tab within a project to create new appointments and internal events.

Scheduling tab overview

To access the Scheduling tab, pick a project from the main Projects page and scroll through the tabs at the top of your page. Then, tap Scheduling.

The scheduling tab is split into two sub-tabs: Appointments and Schedulers.

Add a new appointment or internal event

No matter which sub-tab you’re viewing, you can always tap +Appointment in the top right corner of your screen. Tapping +Appointment gives you two options:

  • Invite client to book

  • Create internal event

Invite client to book

Tapping Invite client to book allows you to create or request an appointment using an scheduler template.

After selecting your desired scheduler template, tap Continue. Then, you can:

  • Tap Invite client to book to open a new email message containing a link to the scheduler.

  • Tap Book for client to open the scheduler in-app, choose a date and time, and book an appointment on the client’s behalf.

  • Tap Copy link to copy the URL of the scheduler - useful for texting your client their link to book.

  • Tap Add scheduler to project only to apply the scheduler to the project.

    • This option won’t appear if the chosen scheduler has already been applied to the project.

All four of these options will automatically add the selected scheduler to the project. Booked appointments appear under the appointments sub-tab, while the applied schedulers appear under the schedulers sub-tab.

Create internal event

Tapping Create internal event allows you to create a one-off event that only you and your team can see. This type of event is not meant to be client-facing or shared with the client in any way.

After tapping Create internal event, you can set all of the details of your internal event, including:

  • Title

  • Date and time

  • Availability (busy vs. available)

  • Project

    • When creating an internal event from a project’s Scheduling tab, the chosen project is applied in this setting, by default.

  • Location

  • Description

Make sure to save your changes to add the internal event to the project.
