Use the schedulers sub-tab in the mobile app to keep track of your project’s schedulers and take quick action, right from your mobile device.
Schedulers sub-tab
Within the scheduling tab of a project, tap schedulers to access the schedulers sub-tab. This section houses all of the scheduler templates that have been applied to the project.
Schedulers are listed in the order that they were added to the project, with the newest scheduler listed at the top of the page.
Scheduler groups, which have a unique badge, are also listed in the order they were applied - below all individual schedulers.
Scheduler details and statuses
Each scheduler within the project displays its title, bolded, at the top of the card. The scheduler’s duration is listed next, followed by its status.
There are three possible statuses:
Not Sent: a scheduler that hasn’t been emailed to the client yet.
Sent: a scheduler that has been emailed to the client yet.
Booked: a scheduler that has been used (either by the client or by the user) to book an appointment.
If a scheduler has a maximum number of uses set, the scheduler’s card will also display this info once an appointment has been booked.
Scheduler actions
Within the schedulers sub-tab, tap any scheduler’s card to access the options for each scheduler. You can:
Tap Invite client to book to open a new email message containing a link to the scheduler.
Tap Book for client to open the scheduler in-app, choose a date and time, and book an appointment on the client’s behalf.
Tap Copy link to copy the URL of the scheduler - useful for texting your client their link to book.
Tap Delete scheduler to delete the scheduler from the project.
Keep in mind that deleting a scheduler from a project won’t cancel any appointments that have already been booked using that scheduler, but deleting a scheduler would prevent a client from being able to reschedule a booked appointment.
FAQ
Can I edit my scheduler templates on the Dubsado mobile app?
Currently, the Dubsado mobile app doesn’t allow you to make changes to your existing scheduler templates or create new scheduler templates. Log in to Dubsado’s desktop site to create new scheduler templates and update existing scheduler templates.
