Single sign on (SSO) lets you log in with one set of credentials (like your Google account). That way, your account stays secure and reduces the number of passwords to remember.
Log in with Google single sign-on (SSO) instead of with an email and password. For information on changing your email and password, see login settings.

Switch from email and password to Google single sign-on
đ¨ An error will appear when switching if your Gmail username is already associated with another Dubsado account.
Go to Settings >> Login settings.
Click Continue with Google.
Enter your password (or click Forgot password) and then click Next.
Youâll be redirected to Google to sign in with your Google account.
Once youâve successfully signed in with Google, the original Email and Password fields are replaced to indicate that youâre using Google SSO.
Switch from Google SSO to email and password
Disconnect your Google account to go back to logging in with an email and password.
Go to Settings >> Login Settings.
Click Disconnect.
Youâll be prompted to check your Google email to reset your password.
đ¨ Youâre not disconnected from Google SSO until you create a password. After you create a password, you can start logging in with an email and password.
Change your Google SSO to another Google account
Disconnect your Google account back to a regular email and password.
In Settings >> Login settings, click Change email to change your email to your new Gmail account.
Click Continue with Google and choose the new Google account.
FAQ
I signed up with a Google email and now I have to log in with Google SSO.
If you signed up with an email and password but then chose Google SSO on the login page, youâre automatically converted to logging in with Google SSO moving forward. You can no longer log in with an email and password. To go back to logging in with an email and password, disconnect your Google account.
I signed up with Google SSO and was brought into an existing account.
Choosing Google SSO with a Gmail email that already exists in Dubsado will log you into your existing Dubsado account with SSO. To go back to logging in with an email and password, disconnect your Google account.
I logged in with Google SSO and a new Dubsado account was created.
Selecting a Google email that doesn't exist in Dubsado yet will create a new trial account. Make sure that youâre choosing a Google email that has a Dubsado account associated with it.
Can I use a different single sign-on besides Google?
No. Right now, we only provide SSO with Google.
Can I use Google SSO with an alias?
No.
