Viewing recurring invoices in the mobile app

In the mobile app, the recurring invoices sub-tab can be checked to quickly see the details of your recurring invoices.

Tap on a project and head to the Invoices tab to get started.

View recurring invoices

After navigating to the invoices tab within a project, tap Recurring invoices to head to the recurring invoices sub-tab. Here, all recurring invoices associated with the project are displayed.

At the top of each entry, the next payment’s due date is listed, along with the total of that payment. Below, the frequency of the recurrence is listed, as well as the time range (if a time range has been applied).

It’s not currently possible to start or end a recurrence from the Dubsado mobile app. Keep in mind that once a recurrence is started, it can’t be edited - so if you need to make a change to an active recurring invoice, log in to Dubsado’s desktop site to stop the recurrence and start a new one.

Recurring invoice statuses and autopay

Each recurring invoice displays one of three statuses:

  • Active: the recurrence is currently running and will continue to create and send invoices according to its settings.

  • Draft: the recurrence is inactive and has either never been started, or has been stopped.

  • Completed: the recurrence has finished creating and sending invoices.

Each recurring invoice also displays its autopay setting. This setting only displays as on or off; any recurrence marked as Completed will display autopay as off.
