Brand Settings

To access your Brand Settings, click on the little gear icon in the top right corner. This is where you can find just about all of the system-wide settings in Dubsado.

The first tab you’ll see when you open up your settings is called BRANDING. Let’s take a tour!

1. Upload Logo

Your logo will always appear in the top right corner of your account as well as on all of your invoices and the client portal login screen.
 

2. Brand Color

The brand color is used to customize the client-facing elements of Dubsado. It will be the color of all of the document link buttons in your emails as well as the color of the “submit” buttons at the bottom of your forms. This will also be the color used to accent the client’s view of the scheduler.

TIP: We recommend choosing one of the darker or more vibrant colors from your brand, since the text color on buttons will always be white.
 

3. Brand Name

The name field is the name of your brand. It’s the name you will see when you are logging in to tell your brands apart if you have multiple brands.
 

4. Notification Email

Dubsado will send you a default alert email any time a client pays an invoice, signs a contract, submits a form, or schedules an appointment. The email you set here is where you will receive those alerts.

Currently, only one email can be set per brand. If you are using your account with team members, we recommend setting up an email address for a shared inbox where everyone can be alerted.

TIP: This is NOT the same as connecting your email account for Conversation Mode.
 

5. Phone Number

If you enter a phone number here, it will be visible to your clients in the client portal as well as on all invoices.
 

6. Email From Name

This is how your name will be displayed in the “From” field on any emails sent through Dubsado. You can choose to be represented by your first and last name or by your brand name.
 

7. Address

The address you enter here will be visible to your clients on all invoices.

 

Login Settings

To access your Login Settings, click on your logo in the upper right corner and select LOGIN SETTINGS under ACCOUNT. This dropdown is also where you can switch between your brands if you have more than one.

1. Name

This is the name that will be used for you throughout the system and corresponds to the Email From Name in your Brand Settings.
 

2. BCC Me on All Outgoing Email

If you would like to be sent a copy of all emails sent via Dubsado to your clients, turn this setting on.

WARNING: If you BCC yourself on all emails and open up a message in your regular inbox, Dubsado will mark that email as having been read by the client.
 

3. Email Address

If you would like to change the email address you log in to Dubsado with, you can do so here. You can also change your password by clicking on the PASSWORD tab at the top of this screen.
