To access the settings for your account and brand, click on the gear icon in the top navigation bar on the right-hand side. This is where you will find all of the system-wide settings in Dubsado.
The first tab you’ll see when you open up your settings is called Branding. Let’s take a tour!
1. Upload Logo
Your logo will always appear in the top right corner of your account as well as on all of your invoices and the client portal login screen.
2. Brand Color
The brand color is used to customize the client-facing elements of Dubsado. It will be the color of all of the document link buttons in your emails as well as the color of the “submit” buttons at the bottom of your forms. This will also be the color used to accent the client’s view of the scheduler.
Here's a tip: We recommend choosing one of the darker or more vibrant colors from your brand, since the text color on buttons will always be white.
3. Brand Name
The name field is the name of your brand. It’s the name you will see when you are logging in to tell your brands apart if you have multiple brands.
4. Business Email
This is the email address that will be shown to your clients on any invoices you send as well as in the client portal. This setting is just for display!
5. Phone Number
If you enter a phone number here, it will be visible to your clients in the client portal as well as on all invoices.
6. Email From Name
This is how your name will be displayed in the “From” field on any emails sent through Dubsado. You can choose to be represented by your first and last name or by your brand name.
The address you enter here will be visible to your clients on all invoices.
To access your Login Settings, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and go to Account Settings >> Login settings.
This is the name that will be used for you throughout the system and corresponds to the Email From Name in your Branding settings.
2. Email Address
If you would like to change the email address you log in to Dubsado with, you can do so here. You can also change your password in the Password section on this screen.
3. BCC Me on All Outgoing Email
If you would like to be sent an additional copy of all emails sent via Dubsado to your clients, turn this setting on.
⚠️Heads up! If you BCC yourself on all emails and open up a message in your regular inbox, Dubsado will mark that email as having been read by the client.
