Subscribe a brand
Go to your Settings (the gear icon) >> Billing.
Click Subscribe on the brand you would like to start on a paid plan.
In the modal that appears, choose a plan. Start by selecting Starter or Premier and then choose Monthly or Annual billing.
Enter your payment information.
That's it! A receipt will be emailed to you and you can download a copy of your subscription invoices under the Billing history section further down the page.

Change your payment method
Your credit card is securely stored on file and charged on a recurring basis according to your plan. To avoid disruption in service, please update your payment information as soon as possible if you change credit cards.
From the Billing page, just click Change payment method and fill in the new details.
Is my subscription rate locked in?
Yes! As long as you keep your billing active, the price you pay for Dubsado will not change, even if our prices do. However, if you resubscribe after cancellation or change your plan, you will be subject to our current rates.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan after subscribing?
I used an affiliate referral link to sign up for Dubsado, but I'm not seeing a coupon applied at checkout.
If you are do not see a coupon applied at checkout after using an affiliate link to sign up for Dubsado, you can grab the coupon code from the link itself. The code is the text that comes after the equals sign in the link.

I don't see an option to enter a coupon.
We only allow one lifetime coupon use per customer. If you previously used a coupon on a Dubsado subscription, you will not see an option to enter a coupon code going forward.
Is it required to enter a tax ID?
No, completing the Tax ID field is not required! This option is available to customers who would like their tax ID to appear on their Dubsado subscription invoices. Entering a tax ID with your payment method will not alter your client-facing invoices.
You can enter a Tax ID during the checkout process or by clicking Change payment method.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes! We will email a receipt from
firstname.lastname@example.org to the same email address you use for your Dubsado login. Check your spam folder if you miss it! You can also download a copy of any subscription invoice under the Billing history section.
Which payment methods are accepted for a Dubsado subscription?
We accept major credit and debit cards! Sorry, no PayPal or direct bank transfers.
Can I have different brands billed to two separate cards?
No. All subscriptions will be billed to the single card stored on file.
If I add multi-users to my brand, will they be able to access my billing information?
No. When you create a brand, you are considered the brand owner. Only the brand owner has access to the billing settings for the brand.
